I’m a CrossFit Nutrition Certified Coach, and CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer (CFL1). I’ve always loved a challenge. Whether it was training for a marathon, preparing for a triathlon, hiking the Catskills, bouldering, or spending the last 12 years as an enthusiastic Crossfitter, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Over time, that passion naturally grew into an equally strong interest in nutrition and how fueling our bodies can transform how we feel and perform.
